Gender: Male (he hates being called female)

Bio: Parti was once a child's birthday hat who came alive after wanting to host his own birthday parties. He has very long hair, which constantly makes him being called a girl. To shut those people up, he ties them to balloons and lets them go up in the air for a long time. In his second form he has even LONGER hair and can use his rainbow confetti to attack enemies.

Bio: Bob the Balloon is a gentlemen/woman. It takes other people's feelings into its own personal bubble and nurtures them. Bob hates breaking other people's hearts, and anyone who does so to his friends will be "punished". In it's second form it has 2 other balloon friends that are connected to its sides. Those balloons have individual minds and thoughts.
